A day after celebrating their success, the Korean sensation band BTS have been open with fans about how they took a break during their recent holiday. During their regular television appearances, the group took some time to share that they had taken a weeklong break and hoped to “recover and share more quality time with each other.”
Social media, though, remained a constant for the group, who have become all too good at constantly documenting the last 12 months with a short clip that updates followers on what they’re up to during free time. Now the group are letting people know their official Instagram accounts will soon be “a place to not only share moments, memories, and topics, but also help you to experience BTS the way we would like to with our special friends.”
Tweets confirm this. BTS’s Instagram accounts will have in-depth videos featuring behind-the-scenes look at the group, as well as behind-the-scenes shots and photos of performances. It’s a major change of pace for the band, whose rock and pop sound has made them one of the most popular pop groups in the world in just a few years. And it’s happening during their high-profile tour, which includes stops in Chicago, San Francisco, and New York.
